Holly is a 2x (unlikely) Olympian, mother of twins, perinatal mood and anxiety disorder mental health specialists, Alaska Sports Hall of Fame, Top 40 under 40, & most importantly, human being -  just like everyone else! In her down time you’ll most likely find her enjoying the beauty that is Alaska and wrangling twins!

Holly’s clients are most often athletes and high performers who desire to make the next jump in healing and/or accomplishment. She believes that overall wellness is contingent upon addressing and nurturing our physical health and our mental health. Thus, much of her work takes place at what she calls, “the intersection of performance and mental health.” Appropriately so, her methodology is a mixture of sport & performance psychology + more traditional counseling techniques.

She helps her clients realize their “best self” by teaching mindset skills, increasing confidence, and creating a safe space to simultaneously engage in hard conversations and chase dreams.

I had a formative experience leveraging mindset that propelled me onto the Olympic team from left field.  One day I was a coach, and the next I was named to the Olympic team…. and I promise you, it wasn’t due to sheer talent!

Because I have witnessed first hand the power of working with your thoughts instead of being hijacked by them, I want to help others do the same.

Today’s world is noisy. It’s characterized by distraction, escapism, confusion and checklists. Holly creates a place of psychological safety & emotional intimacy where people can explore their innermost thoughts, emotions, and dreams.  She’s a skilled listener and a “professional secret keeper.” She also considers herself a confidant, cheerleader, guide and resource.

Holly is passionate about destigmatizing mental health and loves empowering her clients to advocate for their needs and share their talents. Some of her favorite things are Mexican food, laughing, good wine, cats, cuddling with her kids (and hubby!) and spending time in wild spaces. She loves feeling like “there is no place in the world I’d rather be than here, now.”

Her core values are: connection, authenticity, curiosity, bravery and kindness.
